Picture 10.20.10 “Bums on Parade”

There are two things that can be learned from this picture. The first one is that my children very rarely put their toys away when they’re finished playing with them, leading to a house that gets progressively messier throughout the day. Even right now I’m trying to get them to put things away, but it appears to be a very slow going process. The second thing you might have noticed is that there is a potty and a bare bum in the living room. Saarah, while not yet two, has decided that she no longer wants to wear diapers and wishes to pee on the potty from now on. So far today she has peed on the floor twice and on her potty a grand total of ZERO times. Ugh, didn’t we just finish this with Tevye? Oh well, I just keep repeating to myself the total cost of diapers that we’ll be saving, and it doesn’t seem so bad. I say that now, but she has yet to poop, either on the potty or off. Good luck Tatte, good luck

Have patience, Tatte, you will need it! By the way, Callum (2 years, 7 months old) has yet to even mention the potty and has 0 interest in using it. Everything is relative!
